Leaks, missing or wind-lifted shingles, cracked pipe boots, failed flashing, ice damage. Inspections cover the roof and attic with a plain report.
When do you need it?
- A ceiling stain, drips in the attic, or water at the top of a wall.
- Shingles on the lawn after a wind storm.
- Ice dams every winter. Freeze-thaw pushes meltwater under shingles; the fix is often ventilation, not a new roof.
- Before buying or selling, or after any hail.
